Aloha Yoga Friends,  

       Just a reminder to check out Lani’s classes every Friday at 8am, at Oceanfront Yoga, Kamaole Nalu Resort, 2450 S. Kihei Rd. The Friday classes run through the end of January 2013. So the current class schedule is every Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 8am. 

Let’s use yoga as a time to increase our Joy this Holiday season! Have a great weekend.
