Plant Based Cooking Class Oct. 4th
I love my work as a massage therapist and yoga teacher, it has allowed me to grow, learn and improve many facets of my life. We all need to move our bodies and take care of our structural frame that traverses us through our many miles of life. What we choose to eat can also improve our energy level, reduce our risk for disease and to live more sustainably with less negative impact on the earth’s soil, water and air. I would love to share plant based recipes with you at my upcoming raw vegan culinary class. These are quick and easy to use for your own entertaining or home use. Lunch and a snack will be served.
