The above link definitely relates to the Hafiz poem I’ve recently been reading in my yoga class.
“Even after all this time the sun never says to the earth
You owe me
Look what happens to a love like that.
Look what happens to
a
love
like that.
It lights up the sky.”
This pertinent poem also relates to our mind and body. Our body serves us and we don’t need to tell it, “You owe me”. As well as the mind. It’s more beneficial for our health and well being to be with our mind and body instead divesting in either.
