Aloha Friends,
Today’s Seva story come from Janet who lives in Hood River, OR. Seva means selfless service for the benefit of community and the environment. I am collecting 100 Seva stories so we can share ideas, inspiration and for entertainment.
Janet writes…“The Light in Me, sees the Light in you.” These words deeply resonate within the essence of my being, and also bring forth many endearing memories of my father’s life statement of 91+ years, “Wherever I go, the sun always shines.”

Each of our souls is a vessel containing and receiving precious globes of vibrant multicolored Light. From our creation onward, we’re primed to openly receive and are assigned by our Creator to steward and pass along the Light to others by our words and our actions. Encouragement and Inclusivity entwined with Simply Loving are basic fundamentals of our Light-Forces, self-care, and tending the soul-care for others.
As an educator for 30+ years, I made and gave bookmarks to my students for a holiday “giftie”.  Each bookmark was personalized, heart-felt and truth-filled, including their name plus 10-15 positive words describing the Light I saw in them present/future.
Throughout 2015, I’ve created personal birthday Acrostics for our four children, their spouses/partners and also for some family and friends that needed to hear and receive encouragement.”
Please share your Seva story with me so we can spread the Seva! Aloha, Mahalo and Namaste,  Johanna Waters   info@johannawaters.com
