Aloha Friends,
Today’s Seva story #46 of 100 comes from Pat who lives in Vancouver, BC.  I am collecting 100 Seva stories to share ideas, inspiration and spread positive news, Seva means selfless service for the benefit of community and the environment.
Pat Writes; “My hubby and I do lots of ‘giving back’ in our community …. various things like serving breakfast at a local mission, collecting unsold bread from a local bakery at closing to give to a homeless shelter, volunteering our time at our Coldest Night of the Year event; which brings funds and awareness to homelessness.

Our very fave ‘give back’ is our annual MS Society Bike Event where our team of cyclists have been riding to raise awareness and $$ for Multiple Sclerosis.  MS touched our family and we work hard to support those living with MS. Our team of family and friends have been riding for 12 years and this year our team will reach $100,000 in total $$ raised! It is something we are very proud of!”
This is a great example of how Seva work instills pride.
Please share your Seva story with me so we can spread the Seva! Mahalo and Namaste,  Johanna Waters info@johannawaters.com
